Patricia Fairchild is the Nebraska 4-H Curriculum Design Specialist. As such she provides primary leadership and oversight in the development, maintenance and implementation of 4-H Curriculum (Youth Development). Her passion includes family, puppy and travel (she has lived in seven states).

Michelle Garwood joined the 4-H curriculum team in January, 2006, and was also involved in curriculum development and promotion as an undergraduate and graduate student at UNL. Michelle is now a permanent staff member in the new Special Projects Coordinator position. Michelle taught Family & Consumer Sciences at Lincoln High School and has completed an M.S. in Youth Development. Michelle is currently involved in a variety of projects including advising the Youth Curriculum Committee, aligning school standards with various curricula, developing, evaluating and revising curricula, and designing the Educator's Corner website.

Becky Thorberg joined the 4-H curriculum team in June, 2008. Becky is a student at the University of Nebraska majoring in Secondary Education with endorsements in Mathematics and Athletic Coaching. Becky is currently involved with coordinating Cyber Fair and helping develop a new 4-H projects highlights curriculum.
